Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our pen holders, notebooks, and folders. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- A copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation is required.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
